Keeping Everyone in the Conversation

Joyce Graff speaks with the originators of a new product, Caption Companion. This device captures the spoken words around it, and transcribes them faithfully using Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) software which is amazingly accurate. It is helpful to individuals who are hearing impaired, and also to general groups of people, providing "public" captioning to everyone in the room, whether of not they have trouble hearing -- keeping everyone in the conversation.
